How I maintain on internet

I only maintain on internet in a certain extent. I quit Facebook since high school, I felt uncomfortable to expose myself on the internet. I switched the platform to whatsapp and LINE (Both are chatting app), I appreciate to use them because the other users can only check out your profile image and status, I do not even have to worry about my online privacy. No one can add me without my notice, no more friends of friend, who wants to deal with them, seriously. But, since whatsapp and LINE do not have a function to see hows my friends going on, I decided to use Instagram as a tool. I post my photograph and some hashtags, then my friend can see it, I felt satisfy from it. There are not much information to leak but photograph. I'd feel selfish from what I did on the internet, I just want to check out what I want, ain't like Facebook keep asking me what to do next.

In online gaming, this kind of platform is more like a stage for me, I act as my avatar and participate in it. I am a figure of how the community want me to be, with some of my personality. Online me can result me making friends, chilling, feeling things, especially another me. In all these words, flexible, diverse, calculated, strategic, and effective. I do think all of them can be a description of my online identity.

I do not really think online friends are real friends, in my opinion, only a real person can become a friend, I cannot really understand a person when they are only close to you on internet, I cannot see the truth in it. I put online privacy in the first place while I participate on the internet, there are so much internet crisis because of some kind of stupid moves, I do not want to be one of them and that's how a do on the internet.
